Reservations, terms and conditions

For Credit Card Payments:

The Credit Card Authorization Form is to be completed, please see attachment on email. Plus a scanned copy front and back of your Visa or MasterCard credit card showing the number with expiry date, C V V number, your billing address & copy of South African ID / Passport OR a Bank deposit is to be made, in order to confirm a reservation.

A deposit of 50% of your total reservation is required to secure your booking. If done by bank transfer or bank deposit the payment confirmation slip is to be faxed or emailed to confirm payment of the deposit. This must be done within 72 hours of making your booking.

There is a 14 day cancellation policy, except during the high season, when there is a 21 day cancellation policy.

All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Ian Perryman to before any refund can be made. A discretionary charge fee of up to 20% can be charged on cancellations to cover bank charges, commissions, etc.

Notice of a cancellation received less than the above time frames will result in no deposit being refunded.

Earliest check-in time is from 14.00 and latest by 19.00 (or by prior arrangement) and check-out is by 10.30am on day of departure.

An estimated arrival time is kindly requested for all reservations.

A valid copy of identification/passport must be presented on arrival!
